Laia Pons has been appointed Executive Chef at Kata Rocks
This month Kata Rocks is delighted to introduce Chef Laia Pons to their kitchen as their new Executive chef; Laia comes with a wealth of experience including an accolade of European Michelin star heritage. Originally from Spain, Laia developed her knowledge and experience within a plethora of exceptional establishments including the 2 Michelin starred Abac and 1 Michelin starred Caelis, both in Barcelona. This latest development in her storied culinary career sees Laia move from a well-known establishment in Beijing, The Opposite House and prior to that, the world renowned Raffles Hotels.
