In his role as Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at The St. Regis Doha , Losciale manages the food and beverage operations for The St. Regis Doha 's award winning outlets which include Astor Grill, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Oyster Bay, Sarab Lounge, Al Sultan Brahim, Vine, Vintage, Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean, Opal by Gordon Ramsay, banquets and external outside catering.
