Heather Hedrick has been appointed Director of Learning & Quality at Nobu Hospitality LLC
Nobu Hospitality, named one of luxury's 25 Most Innovative Brands by Robb Report, announces the promotion of Rachael Palumbo to the newly created role of Vice President, Hotel Sales and Marketing and also the promotion of Heather Hedrick to the newly created role of Director of Hotel Learning and Quality. Effective June 1, 2016, Heather's position includes responsibility for leading Nobu Hotels' professional development programming and monitoring service quality and efficiency. Heather will have oversight of and implement hotel learning, talent and leadership development strategies to strengthen colleague engagement and service delivery standards across Nobu Hotels developing and enhancing our talent and evolving future Hotel leaders. Heather shall also continue to head up Learning and Quality at Nobu Eden Roc. Heather, a former teacher, was previously the learning and development manager at the Forbes Five-Star Mandarin Oriental in New York City. Heather was also the training manager at Kiawah Island Golf Resort which includes the Forbes Five-Star Sanctuary Hotel near Charleston, South Carolina.
