Andrew Wright has been appointed Head Chef at Leasowe Castle
Leasowe Castle has welcomed Head Chef Andrew Wright to its team as part of an ongoing company expansion. Andrew, 37, from Wirral, brings with him a passion for high-quality cuisine with a focus on using locally sourced produce in new and innovative ways. Following an impressive background in the hospitality industry, Andrew is looking to add his signature culinary flair to the extensive food offering at Leasowe Castle. As an acclaimed chef, Andrew has previously worked as a senior sous chef and head chef in a number of luxury venues in the North West and the Midlands. Notably, he was a Gordon Ramsay scholarship finalist in 2004 and more recently, a Hotel Olympia Bronze Medallist in the Stadia Fine Dining Awards 2016.
