Pierre-Henri Perrin began his career in 1998 at the Grand Hotel Intercontinental and then climbed the ranks by alternating operational and functional positions in Paris and London. In 2005, he was appointed Rooms Division Manager at the Renaissance Paris Vendôme hotel, where he worked extensively on repositioning. In 2009, he became involved in the opening and positioning of the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe in Paris as Director of Operations & Customer Experience before moving to Barcelona. Pierre-Henri then took over as head of operations at the Renaissance Barcelona hotel as a Resident Manager, where he contributed to the repositioning. Under the impetus of the Renaissance brand, and thanks to the implementation of influential initiatives, these flagship products in Europe have become the European leaders in terms of customer satisfaction.
