Karen O’Neill has been appointed President – Americas at Knowcross Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

KNOWCROSS, the global leader in providing software solutions for hospitality operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen O’Neill as President – Americas, to lead the aggressive growth plans of the company in North America. Karen will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s operations and sales initiatives in the Americas region. With the evolution of technology, Knowcross’ game-changing products for housekeeping automation and workflow management are a must for hotels globally, to meet the growing needs and expectations of customers. And this makes the Americas a key market and an engine of growth for Knowcross. Karen comes to Knowcross with over two decades of experience and expertise in working closely with many of the leading global hotel chains, independent properties and management companies on their technology strategy, system selection, and deployment. She spent close to 15 years with MICROS Systems (now ORACLE Hospitality) where she held various positions in project management, major account management and sales and strategies. In 2013, Karen founded KnockOut Hospitality Consulting LLC, where she gained essential entrepreneurial experience. Most recently, she was the VP of Sales and Marketing for StayNTouch (a SaaS Property Management System provider), where she managed the company’s global sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to their aggressive growth. Karen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sports Management.
