Adam Stevenson has been appointed Executive Chef at Cedarbrook Lodge
Cedarbrook Lodge announced today the appointment of Adam Stevenson as Executive Chef. Stevenson will lead the food and beverage team at the SeaTac-based boutique hotel, including Copperleaf Restaurant, known for its farm-to-table regional cuisine and locally grown ingredients, and private events, catering and group business.
Stevenson brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on Northwest cuisine and culinary innovation. He began his career in Seattle at Tulio at the Hotel Vintage and Earth & Ocean at W Seattle. Most recently, he served as the executive chef at Motif Hotel and the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue.
Stevenson"s vision for Copperleaf Restaurant is to maintain its artisanship while also creating fresh, refined dishes by simplifying and celebrating the ingredients. He plans to enhance the chef"s gardens nestled on the grounds of Cedarbrook, as well as feature foraged Northwest mushrooms, shoots and stalks.
