John Beaton has been appointed Senior Vice President of Operations at Kolter Hospitality
Kolter Hospitality, a division of The Kolter Group, proudly announced that it has hired John Beaton as Senior Vice President of Operations. Beaton will be responsible for working directly with each of their hotel teams to improve operational efficiency. He will also work closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver on the company's strategy and objectives. Beaton brings over 30 years of hospitality management experience, in both independent and branded hotels in the US and Canada, including major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham and Starwood hotels. Most recently, Beaton was the SVP of Operations at Interstate Hotels and Resorts and had direct oversight of a diverse portfolio of full service hotels ranging from urban convention hotels to luxury resorts. Prior to being the SVP of Operations for Interstate, Beaton handled operations for several Four Diamond Hotels, including the Westin San Diego, Westin Bristol Place Toronto and the Wyndham WindWatch in New York.
