Marigene Mabalot has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Park James Hotel
As the new Director of Food & Beverage Marigene Mabalot oversees all day-to-day food and beverage operations for Park James Hotel including the management of Oak + Violet, O+V Courtyard, and the cocktail curation at the Park James lobby bar. Marigene brings years of restaurant operations and food and beverage management to Park James Hotel. Most recently, Marigene was Senior Food & Beverage Manager at Hotel Spero and Jasper’s Corner Tap & Kitchen in San Francisco. There she oversaw all daily F&B operations for the hotel and restaurant. Prior to that she spent two years as Food & Beverage Manager at OTO Developments, Hilton Garden Inn, Palo Alto. Previous management positions include Guest Service Manager at Paul Martin’s Grill, and Hospitality Manager at PF Chang’s China Bistro.
