Tracy Tirrell

Tracy Tirrell began her career at Marriott at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort in January of 1997 as a front desk associate out of college. Since that time, she has made numerous contributions to the resort in a variety of leadership positions in the front office and rooms arena. In 2010, Tracy moved into the sales department as a Destination Sales Executive.

In her role as a Destination Sales Executive, Tracy's natural acumen for marketing allowed her to contribute beyond the traditional scope of her job description. Her talents in the arena of digital design, marketing and product representation have made her a key player for not just sales, but a variety of departments within the resort.

Tracy's efforts in the "Good for Marco" public interest campaign to build a new Lanai Tower with more than 100,000 square feet of technologically integrated meeting and event space, exciting culinary concepts, 12,000 sq. ft entertainment center and reimagined historic Lanai Suites, transition the resort into a JW Marriott brand, and the inception of Paradise by Sirene, the premier adult-exclusive enclave for the brand, were truly instrumental to the process.

In her new role, Tracy will work with all departments to advance the ever-evolving marketing needs of the complex resort and all its amenities. She'll partner closely with the resort's Field Marketing team to ensure the resort specific efforts uphold the equity of the JW Marriott Brand, as well as the marketing initiatives of JW Marriott Marco Island's regional and global brand campaigns.

Tracy continues to reside on Marco Island with her husband Craig, and sons Grant and Luke.
