Mel i will be responsible for driving all Food & Beverage, F&B Development and Openings activity for the Region The Americas award-winning hotels.

With two MBA's, Mel expanded her Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, Food & Beverage, F&B Development/Openings Hotels, Restaurants, Bars experienced internationally with Luxury Hotel Chains.
