David Capps has been promoted Executive Vice President of Development at Aimbridge Hospitality
Aimbridge Hospitality, the leading, global, third-party hotel management company, has promoted David Capps to serve as Executive Vice President of Development.
Capps has been an integral part of Aimbridge Hospitality's business development team for a decade, identifying management growth opportunities across all hotel verticals, fostering new joint venture opportunities, and working with capital partners, lenders, brokers, and brands. During his tenure, he has been responsible for the addition of over $1 Billion in hotel real estate value to the company's portfolio.
Prior to Aimbridge Hospitality, he served as Assistant Vice President of Merrill Lynch Capital and, prior to that, as Assistant Finance Manager for Merrill Lynch Global Banking Group. Capps is a graduate of the University of Houston, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Bauer College of Business.
