Ophelia Muradian has been appointed General Manager at Hidden Pond and The Tides Beach Club in Kennebunkport
Ophelia Muradian brings over a decade of luxury, lifestyle and boutique hospitality experience to private luxury resort, Hidden Pond, and the only waterfront hotel in Kennebunkport's Goose Rocks Beach, The Tides Beach Club. As a performance driven and passionate hotelier, Muradian has worked for various hotel brands in the Boston area.
In her role at Hidden Pond and Tides Beach Club, Muradian is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day hotel operations for the premier sister properties, including staff training and management, business operations, property developments and implementation of strategic plans and guidance to ensure the hotels achieve their financial vision, mission and long-term goals.
Most recently, Muradian served as the Director of Guest Experiences at The Newbury Boston where she oversaw the guest experience department. Prior to this, Muradian was the Director of Front Office and Operations at the Godfrey Hotel Boston where she managed day-to-day business operations, including revenue generation, financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development for the award-winning boutique hotel. As the driving force in the development and execution of service initiatives, Godfrey Hotel Boston's TripAdvisor popularity rating increased from from 17th to 10th during Muradian's first six months of employment. Prior to her role at the Godfrey Hotel Boston, Muradian held director-level operations and guest services-focused roles with Hotel Commonwealth and InterContinental Boston.
