Katherine Woods has been appointed Assistant General Manager at Walker Hotel Tribeca in New York
Today, Bridgeton Holdings [Walker Hotel Greenwich Village, Walker Hotel Tribeca, Marram Montauk] announces the appointment of new Assistant General Manager at its Walker propertie: Katherine Woods for Walker Hotel Tribeca, which opened in April 2021 on historic Walker Street.
The boutique lifestyle hotel brand, which is owned and operated by Bridgeton Holdings, has been an integral part of New York City's rebound post-pandemic, offering community-focused programming ranging from bike tours led by integral New York City bike messengers, to art installations and pop up events supporting non-profits like New Yorkers for Children and Visual AIDS.
After leading the grand opening of The 'Quin House, a private social club in Boston's affluent Back Bay neighborhood, Katherine Woods joins the Walker Hotel Tribeca team as Assistant General Manager to help lead the completion of the property with the coming food and beverage additions. Having started her career with W Hotels in Barcelona, Woods moved on to join their New York Union Square and Downtown locations, where she established herself in the city. Her first venture into the boutique hotel market, she joined the neighboring 11 Howard in Soho as Director of Rooms.
