Ellen McGinnis has been appointed Corporate Director of Spa at Omni Hotels
Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the leadership appointment of Ellen McGinnis to corporate director of spa.
Ellen McGinnis originally joined Omni in 2012 as spa director at Omni Bedford Springs Resort. In 2014, she was promoted to director of spa at The Omni Grove Park Inn, where she had previously served from 2000 to 2003. During her seven-year tenure in this role, she oversaw more than 100 spa and wellness professionals, managed spa operations, and was recognized as an Ideal Executive in 2018.
Before joining Omni, Ellen served as executive vice president of operations at Innovative Spa Management, where she executed strategic growth for a vast collection of luxury boutique properties. She previously worked in various consulting positions within the spa industry, including Spa Development International and Universal Companies.
Ellen studied at St. Mary's of Notre Dame College and Florida State University, where she majored in education with minors in social work and dance.
