Rhoda Magbitang has been appointed Executive Chef at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Auberge Resorts Collection in Los Olivos
As the new Executive Chef for The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, Rhoda Magbitang has quickly ascended through the ranks of the food & beverage industry, from starting in the Philippines cooking for her five siblings as part of her daily chores, to working for the likes of Jose Andres and Susanne Goin. Her first Executive Chef role was at the iconic Chateau Marmont, and most recently she held the same role at Petit Ermitage in Los Angeles. A sought-after culinary destination unto itself, all of Mattei's Tavern dining venues share a single thread: fresh, local California food with influences of ranch life.
