Dave Stevens has been appointed General Manager of Acacia House at Alila Napa Valley in St Helena
Alila Napa Valley is delighted to announce the appointment of Dave Stevens as the General Manager of Acacia House. Helmed by celebrity chef and Top Chef Masters winner Chris Cosentino, Stevens joins the acclaimed culinary team behind some of the most inventive and exquisite cuisine in the Napa Valley region.
Stevens brings over 14 years of hospitality and culinary experience to the world-class operat ions at Acacia House. Prior to joining Alila Napa Valley, Stevens held the Director of Rooftop Operations for Thompson Hotels in San Antonio, Texas. He also held positions at Thompson Hotels in Mexico, The Liaison Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., and The James Royal Palm in Miami Beach, Florida. In his previous roles, Stevens successfully executed inventive culinary offerings and improved overall service to guests by fostering strong customer relationships. Stevens promises that same energy to his new position as General Manager of Acacia House, continuing its legacy of high-class service and gourmet cuisine which epicurean guests have come to love.
