William Girard

Chef Girard has a 25-year career in the restaurant industry and a rich career in starred restaurants, alongside the big names in French gastronomy.

He will take up his new duties on ..., at the helm of the kitchens of the Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, member of The Leading Hotels of the World and emblematic address of Mauritius.

A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Biarritz, Chef Girard has managed the kitchens of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world, including: Barthelemy Hotel in St Barth, Sofitel Paris le Faubourg in France, Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Sofitel Silom in Thailand, Le Taillevent and L'Elysée, Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, with Chef Alain Soliveres.

He also evolved for many years alongside starred chefs Yannick Alléno and Guy Martin, participating in the opening and pre-opening of several renowned hotels.

This champion of the International Accor Cooking Contest in 2000 will bring to the Royal Palm Beachcomber his extraordinary passion and his experience of cooking and the art of living.
