Oscar Fonseca

The talented, Oscar Fonseca joins The Joseph Nashville as executive chef overseeing the culinary team across all of the hotel's distinct dining outlets, including Yolan, fine Italian restaurant; Denim, a rooftop bar; and soon-to-open Four Walls, an intimate cocktail lounge. Working closely with the hotel's food and beverage partner, Chef Tony Mantuano, Fonseca is responsible for menu creation, prioritizing ingredients from local Nashville area purveyors to thoughtfully incorporate Tennessee produce into dishes. Fonseca comes to The Joseph Nashville with a 13-year history of impressive culinary experience from time at celebrated west coast hotels, including The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA; The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA; and Montage Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, CA.
