Sharon Cohen has been appointed Chief Talent and Culture Officer at Cabot in Toronto
Cabot, the developer and operator of master-planned golf resort communities, announced today that Sharon Cohen has joined the executive team as Chief Talent and Culture Officer.
In this role, Cohen will work closely with Cabot CEO and Co-founder Ben Cowan-Dewar to grow and evolve Cabot's people-centric culture and related functions, ensuring they reflect the brand's distinct mission, vision and values. Leveraging her extensive background mobilizing and inspiring diverse talent, Cohen will oversee the integration of global brand initiatives into the company's culture and operations, lead all talent management functions, and enhance employee engagement to fulfill Cabot's mission of creating magical places where remarkable memories are made.
A passionate leader with over 25 years of luxury hospitality, customer loyalty, brand-building and employee engagement experience, Cohen most recently served as the Global Vice President of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where she was responsible for global brand strategy and positioning. Prior, she held leadership positions in sales, marketing and customer loyalty at FRHI Hotels & Resorts and Indigo Books and Music. Cohen holds a Master of Management degree from McGill University.
