Soley Uzulmez named Sales Director at Four Seasons Hotel Doha
The luxury Four Seasons Hotel Doha has chosen a new director of sales as the hotel readies for a bumper FIFA World Cup Qatar season. Soley Uzulmez has been brought in, joining from Al Messila, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Doha, where she was assistant director of sales.
In total, Uzulmez has over a decade of hospitality experience, starting out in her home country Turkey as a sales executive within the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel. From there, she rose to cluster travel and trade supervisor in the hotel, and then cluster travel trade sales manager in 2016.
In 2018, she landed in Doha, working with the Ritz-Carlton hotel in the city, first as senior sales manager and then as assistant director of sales in the leisure division.
Now with the lavish Toronto hotel firm Four Seasons, she joins at a time where the hotel's leadership is readying for the World Cup. New general manager Shadi Suleman joined the property in July 2021.
