Through this partnership, Seamus will oversee the creative aspects of the culinary program across the hotel's three outlets and in-room dining, from menu development to the curation of new food and beverage experiences. Seamus will guide the team at Rosewood Sand Hill to deliver convivial culinary concepts for the resort's signature, Michelin-starred restaurant, Madera, The Library & Bar and the seasonal poolside pop-up.
