Jon Boggs

Jon Boggs has been promoted to General Manager of LON's at the Hermosa, announced Noel Fulton, Managing Director of The Hermosa Inn, a AAA Four Diamond luxury boutique hideaway in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

With a distinguished 30-year career of food and beverage leadership, Boggs was LON's Assistant General Manager since 2019, where he oversaw daily operations which exceeded $10 million annually, lead a team of sommeliers, managed the Wine spectator award-winning wine list, and guided the bar team in the creation and development of a seasonal craft cocktail menu.

Boggs was previously Assistant General Manager at The Sicilian Butcher, Donovan's Steak and Chop House, The Melting Pot and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
