Daniel Quek

A passionate hotelier with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Daniel Quek has recently been appointed as the new Director of Food and Beverage at The Westin Singapore.

He started his career as an F&B Supervisor with The Westin Stamford & Plaza Singapore and has held various key F&B positions with some of the city's most well-known luxury hotels including The St. Regis Singapore, The Ritz-Carlton Millennia, Singapore and the Shangri-La group. Prior to joining The Westin Singapore, he was the Director of Food and Beverage at the Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford.

In his capacity as the new Director of Food and Beverage at The Westin Singapore, Daniel is responsible for the hotel's four dining venues and banquet facilities, and to continue bringing exceptional dining experience to guests.

While he is not running the F&B operations, Daniel likes spending time with his family, working out, and checking out exciting restaurants and bars.
