Conrad Reddick named Director of Operations at Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa

Woodside Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Conrad Reddick as the new director of operations at Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, an iconic oceanfront hotel perched directly on Cannery Row overlooking Monterey Bay. In this role, Reddick oversees the hotel's operations, ensuring revenue, profit and guest satisfaction goals are achieved across all departments.
Reddick has been the hotel's director of food and beverage since 2020, overseeing operations of the property's restaurants, Schooners Monterey, Tidal Coffee, the Lobby Lounge and the hotel's newest dining experience, Coastal Kitchen, where he also serves as sommelier, working alongside executive chef Michael Rotondo on the carefully crafted tasting menu.
With over 20 years of culinary and leadership experience prior, Reddick managed Michelin starred restaurants and oversaw operations of top luxury hotels and dining concepts. Prior to joining Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, Reddick was the assistant director of food and beverage at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. and the director of restaurants at Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. In 2010, he served as the director of beverage and service and general manager at Alinea, Chicago's only 3 Michelin-starred restaurant.
