Joey Woofter has been promoted Resort Manager at Turtle Bay Resort
With more than 15 years of experience, Joey Woofter will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's 408 guestrooms and suites and 42 brand new Ocean Bungalows. Prior to his tenure at Turtle Bay, Woofter served as director of rooms for the Omni Dallas and Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California. Before this, Woofter led the charge in management positions in different departments with Hyatt Hotels to learn and understand the inner workings in each distinct area during his time in their Seattle, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Lake Tahoe locations. A creative and seasoned hospitality professional, Woofter is thrilled to bring his experience to his new role at Turtle Bay during this very exciting time. Woofter previously held the position of Director of Rooms at the resort and first fell in love with all the North Shore offers while he was a student at Hawaii Pacific University.
