Nelson Ramirez

The Clancy, an Autograph Collection property in downtown San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood, is pleased to introduce the new leaders of its culinary team, who will create innovative and delicious food for the hotel's on-site restaurant Seven Square Taproom: executive chef Nelson Ramirez.

Born and raised in Gilroy, California, with deep roots in the San Francisco and Bay Area cuisine scenes, ChefRamirez brings more than 20 years of global kitchen experience to his new role. He attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy and worked extensively with several hospitality brands, including San Francisco's Palace Hotel, W Hotels and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Ramirez's passion is transforming classics into his own specialties.
