The Ritz-Carlton, Doha has appointed Raymond Haddad as restaurant manager for Sel & Miel and Flamingos.
Haddad has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality world, working in his native Lebanon, as well as Oman and Saudi Arabia.
This marks his first Qatar-based position and he will be responsible for the daily running of two key culinary venues, French brasserie Sel & Miel and casual poolside eatery Flamingos.
