Susan Furbay has been appointed Senior Vice President at HVS Executive Search Americas
Susan Furbay has joined HVS Executive Search as Senior Vice President, based in Washington, DC under the leadership of Court Williams, CEO, HVS Executive Search. As Senior Vice President, Susan will play an instrumental role in expanding our hotel sector client base utilizing her strong relationships with private equity groups, third-party operators, and individual owner/operators throughout the country. Susan's wide array of experience in hospitality real estate provides her with a keen understanding of diverse organizational structures, and her familiarity with various positions and their required duties will also be key in securing the right candidates for our clients.
Susan has over 25 years of experience in hospitality investment through her work as a broker, a lender, and, most recently, as Vice President of Business Development at HVS Consulting & Valuations. She brings her enthusiasm and commitment to her clients as she advises and assists them in building the best team. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid runner. Susan graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
