Roberto Campos has been appointed Chef de Cuisine at Hotel Washington
After spending over 10 years in Miami, Roberto Campos is bringing his Latin flair to VUE, Hotel Washington's rooftop restaurant and bar. Previously serving as the Executive Chef of Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach and Grand Beach Hotel Surfside for nearly four years, Campos joined Hotel Washington eager to bring decadent dishes and bold flavors to the hotel's culinary offerings.
