Jonathan LaVoie has been appointed General Manager at Vernick Fish at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan LaVoie to General Manager of Vernick Fish at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.
Jonathan LaVoie joins as General Manager of Vernick Fish, Chef Greg Vernick's American oyster barrestaurant located inside Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. In his role, LaVoie will manage the restaurant's daily operations, as well as oversee hiring and training staff.
Most recently, LaVoie was the General Manager of Le Cavalier at the Hotel Dupont in Delaware, where hewas responsible for overseeing the Green Room Bar and the hotel's in-room dining operations. LaVoie started hisrestaurant management career with a focus onbeverage at the Salt Creek Grille in Princeton, New Jersey. From 2014-2021, LaVoie held a variety of managerial leadership roles within STARR Restaurant Group, including Morimoto and Butcher & Singer.
