Carolin Henze

Carolin Henze has been appointed as director of sales at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.

She joined the hotel in 2018 as a sales manager and quickly progressed in her career. Within a year, she was promoted to the role of account director of leisure travel in 2019. In 2022, she further advanced to the position of assistant director of sales & dstribution. Finally, in 2023, she assumed her current role as director of sales.

With nine years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, including working with renowned hotel brands like One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, Henze will collaborate closely with the multi-property director of revenue strategy and the director of marketing and communications. Her focus will be on curating market strategies and enhancing approaches to key segments. Henze's main objectives revolve around growing the status of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi and reinforcing its position in the market.

As the director of sales, she will oversee the hotel's extensive portfolio of corporate and FIT accounts, aiming to maximise sales and boost hotel revenues. Additionally, she will manage, supervise, and mentor the entire sales and reservations team. With her strong ability to identify and optimize business opportunities, Henze has a proven track record of exceeding performance metrics. She will actively develop and maintain business relationships, representing the hotel with pride at important customer events, luxury trade shows, and other relevant occasions.
