Mohamad Haidar has been appointed Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotel Muscat
Kempinski Hotel Muscat is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohamad Haidar as Executive Pastry Chef. Mohamad brings with him more than 15 years of extensive pastry chef experience, having led the pastry kitchen team for leading hotels and restaurants across several countries in the Middle East & Europe.
Mohamad joins Kempinski Muscat from his most recent role as Head Pastry Chef for L'Oscar London, a luxury boutique hotel in London where his mission was to manage all aspects of the pastry and bakery sections, including menu development, team members training and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
In his new role, Mohamad will use his expertise and impressive background towards the continued success of the hotel where he will focus on bringing innovation and enrichment to the hotel pastry products and introduce a new diverse offering of sweets and craft pastry masterpieces.
Throughout his career, Mohamad has received numerous accolades for his pastry creations, including recognition in national and global pastry competitions such as Horeca and the world Chocolate Master Competition in Dubai.
