Pieter Willem Teune

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has appointed Pieter Teune as Hotel Manager. With a stellar track record in leading food and beverage operations, Pieter will be part of the hotel's executive team, and he will oversee the food and beverage division which includes the hotel's signature outlets - Colony, the one Michelin Star Summer Pavilion and Republic (one of Asia's 50 Best Bars), in addition to banquet and in-room dining operations.

No stranger to The Ritz-Carlton brand, Pieter has worked in properties in Bahrain, Moscow, St. Thomas and Budapest. His pre-opening experience includes The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC), Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, Almaty and Astana.

Pieter's luxury portfolio also extends to the EDITION hotels, and he was most recently the Director of Operations at The Reykjavik EDITION, Iceland.

Prior to this, Pieter was Global Director of Operations, Luxury Brands, Marriott International where he was responsible for developing and deploying global programs and strategies that would drive guest, associate and owner engagement.

A Dutch national, Pieter graduated with a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from the Maastricht Hotel Management School.
