Nader Ibrahim

Nader Ibrahim has been appointed the new Cluster General Manager for Riyadh Marriott Hotels, placing him in charge of a total of 1,045 rooms and apartments, 48 conference and meeting rooms, as well as 13 restaurants and cafes across five distinct hotels.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Nader has reached the pinnacle of his career with this latest appointment. His journey began as an intern at the JW Marriott at Lenox in Atlanta, which was followed by a management training program at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Georgia. His growth trajectory continued to rise as he held key roles, such as Director of Food & Beverage, General Manager in the UK, and Senior Director of Operations for Europe, Middle East & Africa with Marriott International (under Continent Lodging Services).

In October 2021, Nader broadened his professional horizons beyond regional operations when he was named General Manager at Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He achieved a significant feat by leading a transformation that placed Assila as the best-performing hotel with the best guest experience within Marriott's portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Two years following that accomplishment, Nader was recognized by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School for successfully completing their Ascent Leadership Accelerator Program. Under his leadership, Assila's two dining outlets, Pampas Latin American cuisine and Twenty Four Buffet Restaurant, earned high praise as recommended restaurants in Jeddah. Furthermore, he is currently spearheading the effort to inaugurate Saudi Arabia's first Siddhartha Lounge by Buddha Bar.

Nader's love for the hospitality industry is fueled by the ever-changing nature of the work, the chances to travel and experience different cultures, and the opportunity to meet and learn from a diverse array of individuals. As a Cluster General Manager, he looks forward to motivating his team and helping each member reach their full potential.
