Ravneet Arora has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection
Ravneet Arora, a seasoned marketeer from Dubai, has recently taken up the role of director of sales and marketing at Marriott's Lapita resort. Now positioned at Lapita, which is a part of Dubai Parks and Resorts and the Autograph Collection Hotels, Ravneet's primary responsibility will be to enhance the resort's commercial performance.
Having served Marriott in Dubai for the preceding five years, Ravneet's most recent role was as the cluster DOSM for Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek, Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai, and Element by Westin Al Jaddaf. Moreover, she held the position of multi-property DOSM at Element Al Jaddaf.
Ravneet's commitment to the Marriott group is evident, having been a part of their team for over ten years. In 2009, she served as the sales manager for the Westin in Mumbai. Additionally, her experience extends to roles at Courtyard by Marriott and JW Marriott, both located in Mumbai, as well as the Ritz-Carlton in Jakarta.
