Jackie Flory has been appointed Director of Spa at Fairmont Austin
Fairmont Austin is delighted to announce the appointment of Jackie Flory as Spa Director of Fairmont Spa Austin. Flory brings over a decade of industry experience to her role at the acclaimed downtown spa, which was named a 2023 Forbes Four-Star Award winner. Most recently, she served as Director of Wellness at Bluejack National, a private residential resort club that is home to Golfweek's No.1 residential course in Texas.
Jackie began her spa career with Omni Hotels & Resorts where she served as Spa Operations Manager and Spa Director at the Omni's San Antonio hotel and Spa Director at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. During her time with the brand, she also opened the Omni Nashville Hotel's Mokara Spa. Flory moved to Austin in 2019 and has since served as Spa Director at Lake Austin Spa Resort and Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
Fairmont Spa Austin will continue to provide guests with the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation through both popular and unique treatment options. Jackie is enthusiastic about offering products and services that are not typically available in the region while spotlighting the distinctive Fairmont Austin spin provided by skilled spa therapists. She is passionate about giving attention to the recovery sector in wellness, recognizing that hotel guests are often busy business travelers that need expedited and innovative options to feel recharged and refueled.
A native of San Antonio, Flory received her Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel & Institution Management at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
