Tiffani Timbrook

As General Manager, Tiffani will oversee all operations and programming for Aloft Downtown Denver and manage all daily hotel operations to guarantee superior service and an outstanding experience for guests. She recently joined the hotel team to support the hotel's renovation and act as the liaison between the hotel and the downtown Denver community.

Boasting over 17 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Timbrook prides herself on being a driven, energetic leader who thrives in challenging situations and embraces new opportunities. A trusted manager, she develops teams that prove to be amongst the best in the hospitality industry and excels in producing top-notch service through empathy and a passion for serving others.

Most recently, Tiffani was General Manager at the Residence Inn Denver Downtown where she created a work culture rooted in service, quality, and revenue. Prior to this, she served as Taskforce General Manager and Director of Sales for Genuine Hospitality Group; White Lodging; Hersha Hospitality Management; and Highgate Hotels. Tiffani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.

Tiffani enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Jared, and four dogs, Tyson, Ellie, Beauty, and Buddy. She's an avid reader finishing between 50-100 books per year and loves to relax outside by tending to her flowerpots and flower beds. She's also a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
