Edward Gannon

Today, The Inn at Little Washington announces the appointment of Edward Gannon as General Manager. In this position, he will oversee all operations at the iconic Relais & Chateaux escape, including its 23 guest accommodations, luxurious suites and its coveted Three-Michelin-Starred restaurant.

Gannon joins The Inn at Little Washington after an impressive tenure with Four Seasons Resorts, recently serving as General Manager at both Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole and Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Following his time at Four Seasons, Edward was most recently serving as General Manager of Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection in the Napa Valley. Gannon has additionally held leadership positions at luxury hotels and resorts worldwide, from Rosewood Hotels and Resorts' Jumby Bay in Antigua to Caneel Bay in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Winnetu Oceanside Resort in Martha's Vineyard and Rosewood's Sand Hill property in Menlo Park, California.

Gannon forged his own career path from the kitchen to the executive office, showcasing impressive culinary expertise and vision. Prior to his General Manager roles, Gannon previously held the title of Executive Chef at a variety of luxury properties including Four Seasons Hotel Boston and The White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine.

Born in Miami, Florida and raised in the New York area, Gannon earned his college degree at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife Michelle, a former hospitality manager, and their dogs, Rika and Pappi.
