Harriett Type

Serendipity2, an industry leading data science consultancy, is pleased to announce the promotion of Harriett Type to the position of Managing Director. Harriett will report directly to founder & CEO Peter Flood and will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, formally effective 1 November.

Harriett's appointment to the role of Managing Director marks a significant milestone in the company's 22-year history. Harriett will take over the day-to-day operations, allowing Peter to concentrate on building key partnerships and extending client relationships, as well as increasing industry networking.

Having joined Serendipity2 in November 2022 as Client Services Director, Harriett has been instrumental in building on existing client relationships, supporting business development, as well as leading marketing strategy development.

With a team of highly experienced data science, research and marketing professionals, the business is well-positioned for rapid expansion and will continue to focus on its specialist industries, including food & beverage, leisure, hospitality, food service and travel. Clients include Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners, TUI, Quorn, Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company, Royal Caribbean International, Britvic, Unilever, Schweppes and Diageo.
