Hilton Aventura Miami is thrilled to introduce Corey Hayes as the newly appointed General Manager of Hilton Aventura Miami. In this significant role, Corey will spearhead the entire property, overseeing all departments and ensuring the hotel's commitment to excellence in guest experiences.

Born into the world of hospitality, Corey's journey began in Newport, Rhode Island, at the age of 15, where he worked at the Fluke Wine Bar and Kitchen, sparking his lifelong passion. He further honed his skills in Aspen, Colorado, where he worked alongside renowned Restaurateur Jimmy Yaeger at Jimmy's Upstairs and Jimmy's Bodega, gaining valuable insights and experiences. Returning to Newport, Corey rose through the ranks and became the Beverage Director at Fluke Wine Bar and Kitchen, earning the prestigious Level 2 Certified Sommelier title.

The opening of Gurney's Resort marked Corey's transition to the hotel industry and Marina, now known as Newport Harbor Island Resort, where he played a pivotal role in its success. His career flourished with the Mission Group, where he was instrumental in launching Thames Street Kitchen and later opened the Wayfinder Hotel as Director of Food and Beverage/Hotel Manager, showcasing his ability to lead large teams and drive excellence.

Now, as the General Manager at Hilton Aventura Miami, Corey is dedicated to the growth and success of the hotel's signature restaurant, Gala & Muse Bar. Through exciting activations and events in store for guests and locals, he aims to elevate the dining and hospitality experience in the Aventura area. Corey's unwavering commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences and his passion for mentorship make him a valuable addition to the Hilton Aventura team, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
