A hospitality industry veteran, Iqbal has over two decades of experience. His credentials include a Certified Hotel Administrator qualification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, and an Executive Diploma in International Business Management from Pearson Assured, alongside a certified hotel revenue manager qualification from Cornell University.
