With over 10 years' experience in hospitality, Freeman's career highlights include positions at renowned establishments such as Elite Hotels, IHG and Hilton, before joining the Mollie's Bristol team in 2021.
Starting as Floor Manager, Freeman swiftly ascended to Diner Manager at Mollie's Bristol, propelling the establishment to 1st place on TripAdvisor, by adeptly leading and nurturing a high-performing team. Freeman's robust and instinctive leadership style is renowned for fostering the growth of team members, resulting in numerous internal promotions, heightened retention rates, and overall site success.
