Taylor Baca has been promoted Director of Revenue Management at Balboa Bay Resort
Balboa Bay Resort & Club, the iconic members-only club with the only waterfront resort in Newport Beach, has promoted Taylor Baca to Corporate Director of Revenue Management. In her new role, Taylor will oversee all revenue management areas of the property and support the asset management team with property analytics. She will also assist the ownership team in meeting revenue goals and growing the market share by developing and leading total hotel pricing and inventory optimization strategies.
Taylor first joined the team at Balboa Bay Resort in 2016 as a Reservations Agent. She quickly moved up the ranks as Manager in Training in Revenue Management in July 2017 and later served as an Assistant Revenue Manager from April 2018 to November 2019. In December 2019, Taylor was promoted to Revenue Manager and, most recently, in October 2021, she stepped into the role of Director of Revenue Management.
