Vassil Lazarov

Bulgarian Vassil Lazarov assumes the role of director of operations, bringing a wealth of experience from notable positions such as director of food and beverage at the Grand Millennium Hotel and Sheraton JBR, as well as various roles at Accor, Radisson, and Rotana.

In his previous role, Lazarov effectively managed seven outlets, banqueting, and outdoor catering facilities catering to a capacity of 1000 guests. His accolades include leading the catering operation for the Beach Polo Cup in Dubai and receiving the Restaurateur of The Year award at Radisson Hotel Group.
