Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights has appointed Patrick Fernandez as hotel manager.
Fernandez graduated from Mumbai Hotel School in 1994 and moved to Dubai in 1997, where he played a role in the pre-opening of Jumeirah Beach Resort.
The hotelier then moved to Soneva Fushi in the Maldives and contributed to the pre-opening of Kempinski Akaba in Jordan. His global journey continued with a significant role in the rebranding of Berjaya in Malaysia.
Returning to Dubai in 2012, Fernandez made notable contributions to Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Emirates Towers before joining Park Hyatt in 2021 as the director of food & beverage and, later, director of operations.
His adaptability, open-mindedness, and easy-going nature, have led him into his new role, the hotel says.
Fernandez sees his current role as a platform to enhance and amplify his contributions to the team's outstanding achievements in recent years.
