Tommy Pho has been appointed Vice President of Development for Western US operations at Hay Creek Hotels & Restaurants

With an impressive background in hotel development and a proven track record in driving growth, Tommy joins Hay Creek at an exciting time of expansion and opportunity.
In his new role, Tommy will be instrumental in overseeing and executing the strategic development initiatives for Hay Creek Hotels across the Western US region. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge of hotel development, re-structures, and conversions from brand operations to franchise, as well as, independent and boutique hotels, Tommy will play a vital role in identifying acquisition opportunities, forging valuable partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of new hotel projects.
Tommy came to Victory Hotel Partners just over a year ago with more than 12-years of hotel advisory experience representing over $4 billion in hospitality assets though all phases of hotel real estate across a wide range of property types, brands, and markets. Prior to joining Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, Tommy held key leadership positions at renowned hotel brands, where he showcased his exceptional ability to bring visionary hotel concepts to life. His strong aptitude for hotel development and expertise in market analysis, feasibility assessments, and project management will be invaluable as Hay Creek continues to expand their footprint in the Western US market.
Previously, Tommy was Vice President of Advisory Services at CHMWarnick and prior to joining the industry, he earned a business degree at Cornell University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. He also has an economics degree from UCLA and a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America.
