Martin Dell has been appointed General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita
Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, is delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Dell as General Manager. Hailing from the Czech Republic, Martin brings a rich tapestry of experience in luxury hospitality to his new role, with over 14 years of experience working for the Four Seasons brand, across key global markets including, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore to Doha and Maui.
Martin's journey in the hospitality industry began at the historic Grandhotel Pupp in the Czech Republic, where he received his foundation training in Hotel Management. He then pursued his Bachelor's degree in Business and Hotel Management from the esteemed William Blue Hospitality School in Australia, laying the groundwork for his successful hospitality career.
Martin's tenure with Four Seasons began as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Regent Singapore (formerly a Four Seasons hotel), where his leadership and dedication propelled him to the role of Hotel Manager in 2014. His trajectory continued upward as he ventured to Maui, Hawaii, in 2016, before returning to the Czech Republic in February 2020 as the first Czech General Manager at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Here, Martin gained global recognition: the property received multiple accolades, including the retention of its Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star rating for the fifth year, alongside supervising the hotel team whilst they achieved record-breaking guest experience and staff satisfaction scores.
In his new capacity as General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, which has also recently retained its Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star rating, Martin is poised to lead with his signature blend of expertise, passion, and cultural understanding. He is committed to upholding the resort's reputation for personal spirit, and exceptional service whilst creating memorable experiences for guests.
