Andrew Miele has been appointed Chief Development Officer at Proper Hospitality, LLC.
Proper Hospitality announces the appointment of Andrew Miele as Chief Development Officer, a role responsible for the continued growth of the luxury lifestyle hospitality portfolio under the Proper, and The Collective brands. Boasting more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, developing and managing premier hotel brands and launching iconic properties, Miele is set to lead Proper Hospitality's strategic expansion across new markets.
In this new role, Miele will focus on driving the growth of Proper Hospitality's portfolio, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and develop properties that embody Proper's core values of ultimate quality, high design, and exceptional service. Before joining Proper Hospitality, Miele played a pivotal role in expanding the footprint of some of the world's most esteemed hospitality brands, serving as Director of Development, Americas for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts; Head of Development, Americas for Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas; and most recently, the CEO of Nômade People.
