The Villa Group Sales & Marketing Department is thrilled to announce the designation of Juan Carlos Soderguit to the newly expander role of Director, Consumer Contact Center in Puerto Vallarta.
Juan Carlos's journey with the company began in July 2017 as a Call Center Supervisor, when our Sales Budget was less than our current Marketing Budget. His elevation to this key leadership position mirrors the significant growth and success of our call center operations.
Since joining The Villa Group's team, Juan Carlos has demonstrated dedication and a talent for leadership. Under his guidance, the call center has experienced tremendous growth, evolving from a small team of 6 agents, 1 supervisor, and 1 manager in 2017 to a highly skilled team of 20 today. His strategic decisions, such as introducing a new Data Agent role in 2022, have optimized operations and propelled conversion rates.
Juan Carlos's innovative approach has been instrumental in expanding services and enhancing the team's capabilities. His visibility at the center of all Consumer Efforts led him to propose and implement a new service area focused on Groups & Weddings which is a critical component of projected growth in the segment. The type of out of the box cross-organizational mentality exhibited by Juan Carlos will always help to propel the entire business forward.
In his new role as Director, Consumer Contact Center, Juan Carlos will continue to lead The Villa Group's growing team as they implement newer and better technology, products and service areas to meet the need of their growing budgets. Under Juan Carlos' guidance, the contact center will reach even greater heights.
